The Faculty & Students Department is dedicated to ensuring that all teachers, students, parents and visiting guests at Cypher City have everything they need to deliver their best performance and achieve excellence. We are committed to providing comprehensive support and resources, from logistical arrangements and accommodation. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can. experience exceptional dance education, knowing that every detail of their visit is expertly managed. We strive to make El Paso a welcoming and efficient place for dancers to inspire, innovate, and thrive.

This role serves as the heart of Cypher City’s guest experience. As the first and last point of contact, this person ensures that every dancer, parent, and guest feels welcomed, informed, and supported, whether at the front desk, through digital communication, or while shopping our merchandise. They manage check-ins, respond to questions, resolve concerns, and oversee merch sales and display with efficiency and style. Their presence helps maintain a smooth, warm, and community driven environment that reflects Cypher City’s values and energy.
