Founder & Director
The visionary founder of Cypher City, Luis Heras, has devoted his life to the transformative power of dance.
Guided by a deep belief that dance heals the soul, he created Cypher City as a space where movement and rhythm spark connection, self-expression, and emotional healing.
His passion for dance and unwavering dedication to enriching lives through the arts have shaped Cypher City into a vibrant celebration of creativity, resilience, and community.
Through every event, Luis seeks to inspire and uplift, offering every participant the opportunity to experience the profound joy and restorative power of dance.

Our team is responsible for shaping how Cypher City is seen, felt, and experienced before you even walk through the doors.
We develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, manage all social platforms, and create visually compelling content that reflects our identity.
From promoting events and highlighting faculty to engaging with our community in real time, we ensure every message is intentional, consistent, and impactful.
Faculty Coordinator
Diana Roman
This team ensures that every detail behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
We manage all communication with faculty, including scheduling, travel coordination, and on-site support, while also overseeing the full execution of the event.
From planning timelines to handling day-of logistics, we create a structured and professional environment where both faculty and attendees can focus fully on the experience.

The front desk team sets the tone for the entire event experience.
They handle registration, check-ins, and guest assistance while maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Acting as the main point of contact for attendees, they ensure smooth communication, resolve issues efficiently, and create a first impression that reflects the energy, professionalism, and care behind Cypher City.
